Germany DOB: 3/21/93 | Germany enjoys being active and appears to have excellent athletic abilities.. A "vanilla ice cream cone" is his idea of a special treat. He has had several foster care placements. He is a developmentally delayed child with special needs. His school performance is fair though he needs constant direction from his teacher in order to stay on task. Germany has two younger siblings, one has been placed in an adoptive home.
