The applicant must be allowed by the landlord to remain in the residence. All payments will be made to the landlord or reality company. The reotor will be contacted and must be willing to accept emergency assistance payments and must secure the remainder of the balance needed in order to remain at that residence. Eviction emergency assistance can only be granted once in a twenty-four month period.
